Senior Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis
Qiddiya Investment Company
Lead financial governance and project controls across portfolios, managing contracts, budgets, and reporting while providing strategic financial insights. Oversee cost monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk reviews while liaising between Finance, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams. Mentor project controls teams and ensure data integrity across multiple systems including SAP and Primavera P6.
Key Requirements
8+ years experience in Project Controls or Development Finance in large construction/development companies
Bachelor’s degree with working knowledge of Primavera P6, Unifier, SAP project module
Professional certifications (CPA, MBA, PMP, or RICS Construction Law preferred)
Strong expertise in contract management, cost forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience with financial systems integration and monthly close processes
