Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field, or 2-year degree with 2+ years relevant experience
Proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial software
Knowledge of account reconciliation, ledger balancing, and period-end close procedures
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and mentor accounting teams
Knowledge of tax compliance, fraud procedures, and financial regulations
