Financial Controller

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team while managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for Bayut, the number one property portal in Saudi Arabia. Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning, periodic reporting, and performance management across the organization.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting from recognized university
10+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing or finance role
Accounting qualification designation (Chartered Accountant program preferred)
Significant knowledge of operational and financial reporting with strong cash flow management skills
Ability to manage and mentor finance/accounts team with strong analytical and decision-making skills
