Head of Finance (Financial Control)

Lead finance operations and controllership for Tabby Financing Company in Saudi Arabia, overseeing monthly closing, statutory compliance, SAMA prudential reporting, and treasury operations. Build internal controls framework and manage ERP migration to Oracle NetSuite while ensuring IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

➜ Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with SOCPA qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CMA with SOCPA eligibility)
➜ 8-12+ years in controllership, statutory reporting, or finance leadership in FinTech, banking, payments, or Big 4 audit
➜ Strong expertise in IFRS (IFRS 9, 15, 16), SOCPA standards, SAMA and ZATCA regulatory reporting
➜ Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and e-invoicing platforms
➜ Proven track record building and leading finance teams with fluency in Arabic and English
