Financial Reporting Lead (IFRS Expert)
KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology)
Lead and oversee KAUST’s financial reporting function, ensuring preparation of accurate, timely, and IFRS-compliant financial statements including group consolidation activities. The role provides technical leadership on complex accounting matters, supports audit processes, and manages a financial reporting team while driving continuous process improvement.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in complex organizations
Full or partial completion of recognized professional accountancy qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
Proven experience in group financial reporting and consolidated financial statements preparation
Strong technical expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
