Finance Manager responsible for comprehensive financial management of Jumeirah Jabal Omar property in Makkah, including accounting policies, financial statements, budgeting, and team leadership. The role requires driving annual budgeting and forecasting processes, managing the finance team, and ensuring compliance with Jumeirah standards while maintaining relationships with auditors and property owners.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (CPA/ACCA preferred)
5-7 years finance or accounting experience, preferably in hospitality
Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control knowledge
Experience managing audits, compliance, and statutory requirements
Team leadership and talent development capabilities
