Finance Business Partner Manager

Strategic finance partner role responsible for delivering financial insights, performance analysis, and commercial guidance to business and operations leaders. Develops budgets, monitors forecasts, analyzes performance trends, and provides recommendations to support informed decision-making and value creation across the organization.
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, preferably in Retail and FMCG sector
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, FP&A) preferred
Extensive knowledge of ERP and Retail management systems (Oracle & SAP)
Strong analytical and Excel skills with bilingual communication abilities
