The Finance Manager leads the organization’s financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, treasury coordination, and robust financial controls. The role supports financial governance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making while managing a finance team and driving continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum 8 years of progressive finance, accounting, or financial management experience
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, SOCPA) preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, treasury management, and ERP systems
Experience in real estate, construction, contracting, or asset-intensive industries highly desirable
