Seeking an experienced Associate Director of Finance to establish business partnering capabilities within Coastal Transportation Services Co., a Red Sea Global subsidiary. The role requires building financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting platforms while driving operational excellence and supporting strategic decision-making for the Mobility team.
Key Requirements
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in operationally intensive environments
Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
Experience in financial modeling, dashboards, KPI development, and variance analysis
