Recovery Supervisor responsible for supervising Collection Specialists and implementing effective collection strategies for outstanding receivables at Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance. The role involves managing escalation procedures, coordinating with Finance teams, monitoring recovery transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-5 years’ experience in recovery/collections (insurance preferred)
Supervisory experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Knowledge of collection procedures and compliance requirements
