Director – Finance & Procurement Operations

Lead finance and procurement operations for Qiddiya’s marketing division, overseeing financial planning, budget management, and supplier relationships. Responsible for ensuring compliance, optimizing procurement costs, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.

Key Requirements

➜ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management (Master’s preferred)
➜ Minimum 12 years progressive experience in finance and procurement, with 5+ years in leadership role
➜ Strong financial planning, budgeting, and reporting expertise
➜ Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
➜ Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
