Compliance Director

The Compliance Director develops, implements, and oversees the organization’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies while promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. The role involves conducting compliance risk assessments, leading internal reviews and audits, managing compliance training programs, and preparing regular reports to senior management and the Board.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, legal, or governance with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks
Professional certifications such as CCEP, CRCM, CAMS, CIA, or equivalent preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
