Plant Controller

Establish and lead the controlling function for a new greenfield automotive manufacturing facility in KAEC, Saudi Arabia. The role involves setting up financial systems, cost management, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations. The successful candidate will support plant management with financial analysis and strategic planning for the facility’s ramp-up and sustainable operation.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in controlling/finance within automotive or manufacturing industry
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Solid knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
