The Assistant Director of Finance develops and implements property-wide financial strategies to deliver brand service excellence while maximizing ROI. The role provides financial expertise in executing the business plan, managing the finance and accounting team, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and profitability.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with 1+ year experience, or Master’s degree
Lead finance and accounting team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Conduct strategic planning, develop annual budgets, and analyze financial data and market trends
Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes
Ensure accurate P&L documentation, tax compliance, and timely financial reporting
