Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will establish and lead the finance function for Seven Al Hamra Food Hall, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective cash management. The role reports to the Food Hall Director with dotted reporting to the CFO and works closely with the General Manager to support both corporate-level financial control and on-site commercial performance. Responsibilities include financial setup, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, team leadership, and support for business expansion initiatives.
Key Requirements
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
10-15+ years post-qualification experience in accounting/finance
Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or site-based operations
Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong understanding of cashflow and budgeting
