Senior Manager – Development Financial Planning and Analysis

Senior Manager will oversee financial performance management of Qiddiya’s development portfolio, focusing on budget monitoring, variance analysis, and management reporting for capital projects. The role involves coordinating between project controls and accounting systems while providing actionable financial insights to senior leadership and driving process improvements across development initiatives.

Key Requirements

➜ 10+ years of Finance experience
➜ FP&A experience in real estate development environment
➜ Experience in development, construction, infrastructure, or large capital projects
➜ Experience working in large, complex organizations
➜ Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting background preferred
