The Regional Accounts Payable Executive processes payment transactions and supplier invoices across Cognita schools in the region, ensuring timely and compliant processing. The role acts as a liaison between schools, vendors, banking partners and the finance team, supporting process improvements and P2P policy alignment.
Key Requirements
Process payment transactions including invoice receipt, compliance checks, 3-way matching and payment runs
Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with Cognita policies and country-level regulations
Support process improvements using ERP systems like NetSuite
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and banks to resolve payment-related issues
