Property Financial Controller
Flow
The Property Financial Controller oversees the full accounting and financial reporting cycle across Flow’s property portfolio in Saudi Arabia, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is responsible for month-end close processes, financial statement preparation under IFRS and SOCPA standards, cash flow forecasting, and stakeholder relationship management across multiple property entities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of accounting experience with minimum 3 years in real estate or property accounting
Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulations including VAT, Zakat, and e-invoicing
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems
Fluency in both English and Arabic with excellent attention to detail
