The role involves payroll processing, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with finance and personnel departments.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in payroll processing or HR operations
Payroll system (HRIS/SAP) functional knowledge
Knowledge of end-of-service benefit calculation frameworks
English fluency and numerical accuracy capability
