Payroll Specialist responsible for processing monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The role involves reviewing attendance, overtime, leave balances, and coordinating with HR and Finance teams on payroll adjustments and reconciliation.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Finance, or related field
4+ years of experience in payroll processing
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
