Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Advanced certifications (CMA, CPA, or CFA) preferred
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
