Head of Finance
National Medical Care
Lead finance operations across business units, managing accounting processes, financial reporting, taxation, and cash flow forecasting while ensuring compliance with company policies. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax functions with direct management of finance teams and reporting to the CFO.
Key Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
Minimum 10 years accounting experience with hospital finance background
Minimum 5 years management experience
Healthcare provider business office operations experience, especially billing and collections
Technical expertise in healthcare accounting and financial management systems
