Lead the finance organization as Head of Finance, driving financial strategy, reporting, and control processes while partnering with executive leadership. Oversee all financial planning, accounting operations, treasury, and compliance functions while building and mentoring high-performing finance teams. Support growth initiatives through M&A due diligence, fundraising, and strategic financial modeling.
Key Requirements
10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior finance leadership roles
Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, and audit processes
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel
Proven ability to lead financial close processes, consolidations, and external audits
Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance teams
Seniority Level: C-Level
