Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant role supporting day-to-day accounting and compliance activities for a biotechnology company operating across Saudi Arabia, Australia, and the UK. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller in Sydney, the successful candidate will maintain accounting records, process transactions, support month-end/year-end close processes, and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax and regulatory requirements including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Zakat.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
3-5 years of accounting or finance experience with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and month-end processes
Current right to work and reside in Saudi Arabia
Experience supporting external IFRS audits and exposure to Saudi Arabian VAT and statutory compliance requirements
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and written/verbal English communication abilities
