Experienced Finance Manager/Financial Controller needed to lead financial control environment across F&B restaurant operations in Riyadh. Role requires deep expertise in restaurant accounting, Foodics POS systems, inventory controls, recipe costing, VAT compliance, and operational governance within luxury dining sector.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5-7 years finance experience in F&B/restaurant operations
Strong experience with Foodics or restaurant POS systems
Knowledge of Restaurant P&L, Food Cost Control, Inventory Management, Recipe Costing, Cash Controls, and VAT Compliance
Arabic and English proficiency
