Finance Business Partner Manager
Panda Retail Company – Savola Group
Act as a strategic finance partner to business and operations leaders by delivering financial insights, performance analysis, and commercial guidance that support informed decision-making and optimize financial performance. Develop and monitor business unit budgets, analyze financial trends, provide strategic recommendations, and coordinate monthly performance reviews to ensure alignment between business objectives and financial plans.
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of extensive experience in Supply Chain Finance, preferably in Retail and FMCG sector
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Extensive knowledge of ERP and Retail management systems (Oracle & SAP)
Strong analytical and Excel skills with bilingual communication abilities
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, or FP&A preferred
