Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4-7 years of experience in finance operations or business partnering
Strong financial analysis and accounting principles knowledge
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
