Lead financial planning and analysis for a major perfume and oud company operating across the GCC region. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, pricing analysis, and profitability management while partnering with commercial, operations, and executive teams.
Key Requirements
10+ years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Expertise in cost accounting, product costing, pricing analysis, and profitability management
Proficiency with FP&A tools (Anaplan, Jedox, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
Advanced financial modeling, Excel, Power BI, and data analytics capabilities
Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods industries preferred
