Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with 2 years experience, or Master’s degree
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting expertise
Leadership experience managing finance and accounting teams
Knowledge of internal, external, and regulatory audit processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
