Key Requirements
10+ years progressive financial management experience with 5+ years in senior leadership role
Expertise in multi-site/cluster financial operations and P&L management
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel/financial modeling skills
Exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication abilities
