Assistant Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis
Almosafer
Lead financial planning and analysis for Almosafer’s IPO readiness, architecting the budgeting cycle and maintaining a comprehensive 5-year business plan. Responsible for building driver-based financial models, managing rolling forecasts, and providing strategic decision support through variance analysis and performance intelligence.
Key Requirements
5-7 years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience with complex financial modeling expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CFA, CMA, or CPA certification highly preferred
Advanced Excel proficiency with ability to build integrated 3-statement models; Tableau and SAP experience essential
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of performance variances and communicate complex financial insights to executives
Ability to manage strict timelines while maintaining high accuracy and collaborating with Finance Business Partners
