Assistant Director of Finance

The Assistant Director of Finance develops and implements property-wide financial strategies to maximize return on investment while delivering brand service excellence. The role combines strategic financial planning, budget management, and leadership of finance and accounting teams to support the hotel property’s business objectives.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field (or Master’s degree)
1 year of experience in finance, accounting or related professional area
Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast sales, create budgets and identify cost savings
Leadership capability to manage finance and accounting team with integrity and clear communication
Knowledge of accounting controls, audit processes and compliance with regulatory requirements
