Assistant Director of Finance

Oversees day-to-day execution of general ledger processes and directs accounting functions including account balancing, ledger reconciliation, and reporting. Supervises finance and accounting employees and ensures accurate financial documentation, tax compliance, and period-end close procedures.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
1+ year experience in finance and accounting
Knowledge of general ledger, subsidiary ledger, and reconciliation processes
Supervisory experience with finance and accounting staff
Proficiency with accounting systems and SOP audits
