The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including processing invoices, managing vendor payments using 3-way matching systems, and maintaining accurate AP records. The role involves reconciliation, aging reports management, payment processing, and ensuring compliance with company accounting procedures and General Ledger accuracy.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar positions
SOCPA Certificate (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants)
Advanced software applications and systems skills
Strong attention to accuracy and ability to work under pressure
