The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including processing invoices and payments using 3-way matching systems, maintaining AP records, and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing. The role involves reconciling vendor accounts, preparing analytical reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting month-end closure procedures.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable or similar positions
SOCPA Certificate (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants)
Advanced software applications and systems skills
Strong accuracy focus and ability to work under pressure
