Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, or CPA preferred
Proficiency in accounting standards, financial reporting, and accounting systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and financial decision-making skills
