The Budgeting and Controlling Specialist supports the development, management, and monitoring of financial budgets in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities include budget preparation, monitoring expenses against budget limits, periodic reporting on fixed costs, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant budgeting and controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing
SAP knowledge (FI-CO-MM-SD) is essential
Strong budgeting, controlling, and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
