Finance Business Partner supporting Supply Chain operations to deliver accurate financial analysis and business modeling for product costing. The role focuses on providing financial transparency through cost target setting, variance analysis, investment evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives. Requires collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
At least 10 years of relevant finance experience
Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier finance analyst experience
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
Experience with cost modeling, BoM management, and financial reporting
