Assistant Director of Finance
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C.
Develops and implements property-wide financial strategies to deliver products and services meeting brand expectations while maximizing return on investment. Provides financial expertise to enable successful implementation of brand service strategy and creates a business plan aligned with property objectives focused on financial and accounting activities.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related major with 1 year experience, or Master’s degree
Strategic planning and financial analysis capabilities including budgeting and forecasting
Leadership skills to manage finance and accounting teams
Strong understanding of cash flow management and profit and loss optimization
Knowledge of audit processes and financial controls
