Public Services Quality Controller (Internship)

Monitor employee performance through surveillance systems and cameras to ensure compliance with quality policies. Document observations, identify behavioral and procedural violations, and contribute to improving service quality and customer experience. Prepare daily reports and support the quality team in implementing quality standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality or related field
High ability to follow up and pay attention to detail
Strong report writing and documentation skills
Ability to analyze observations and identify issues
Eligible for internship/apprenticeship program
