Finance Specialist – Credit Control
Castrol KSA
Lead credit control and accounts receivable operations for Castrol KSA, managing customer credit evaluations, collections performance, and team supervision. Responsibilities include credit risk assessment, overdue account management, customer account reconciliation, and reporting while ensuring adherence to company credit policies and internal controls.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
Minimum 2 years in supervisory or team leadership role
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, aging analysis, and collection processes
