The role involves monitoring project progress, managing changes, coordinating with contractors and teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or architectural project monitoring
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, technical drawings, and building systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and project management software
Strong organizational and analytical skills with effective communication abilities
