Senior Director, Investment Analysis – Real Estate
Confidential Government
Lead investment analysis and underwriting for a diversified real estate portfolio, evaluating acquisitions, joint ventures, and development opportunities across multiple sectors. Develop sophisticated financial models, conduct market research, and provide data-driven investment recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Significant experience in investment analysis, real estate investment, corporate finance, or private equity
Advanced financial modeling expertise including DCF, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis
Demonstrated experience evaluating complex real estate transactions and large-scale development projects
CFA, CPA, CAIA, or FRM certification highly desirable
