Fixed Asset Accountant
Esnad Contracting
Own the full lifecycle of capital expenditure and lease accounting while maintaining the Fixed Asset Register across vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery. Support the company’s transition from IFRS for SMEs to full IFRS with strong financial control, compliance, and audit readiness.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 6 years of fixed assets accounting experience
Strong knowledge of IAS 16, IAS 23, IAS 36, and IFRS 16
Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
Professional qualification (SOCPA, ACCA, or CPA) preferred
