Cost Controller

PIPECARE Group seeks an experienced Cost Controller for Dammam operations to monitor, control, and report project costs for Saudi Arabia and regional projects. The role involves budget management, cost estimation, invoice verification, and financial analysis within the oil and gas industry. Requires 5+ years of project cost control experience with advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Key Requirements

➜ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
➜ Minimum 5 years of project cost control, project accounting, or commercial finance experience, preferably in oil & gas or industrial services
➜ Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, invoice verification, and variance analysis
➜ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP/accounting/project management system experience
➜ Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred
