Technology Consultant

SAP seeks early-career Technology Consultants for its Academy for Services & Consulting program in KSA to support customer implementation and adoption of SAP solutions including S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP. Participants will complete a structured 12-month program combining classroom learning with real-customer engagement, developing skills in IT strategy, cloud solutions, and AI-enabled tools.
Key Requirements
STEM degree or equivalent technology experience with 1-3 years in technology, consulting, or enterprise application environments
Foundational understanding of SAP product portfolio and full lifecycle implementation support
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP environments
Proficiency in at least one programming language (ABAP, Python, JavaScript, or SQL)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with customer-focused mindset
