Head of Finance

Lead finance operations across multiple business units, managing accounting processes, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and management accounting functions while supervising finance managers and ensuring accurate, timely transaction recording.
Key Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
Minimum 10 years accounting experience with direct hospital finance expertise
Minimum 5 years management experience
Healthcare provider business office operations experience, especially billing and collections
Strong leadership, financial management, and analytical skills
