Manage large corporate restructurings and non-performing loan portfolios to ensure timely resolutions and maximize recovery. Oversee loan recovery strategies, settlement activities, and credit monitoring for distressed corporate financing while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and SAMA requirements.
Key Requirements
Experience in non-performing loans restructuring and corporate loan portfolio management
Financial analysis and credit modeling expertise
Knowledge of Basel regulations and SAMA guidelines
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Experience with debt collection, legal proceedings, and settlement negotiations
