Senior Director, Investment Analysis – Real Estate

Lead investment analysis and underwriting for a diversified real estate portfolio across residential, commercial, and development sectors. Evaluate investment opportunities, develop financial models, conduct market analysis, and provide recommendations to senior leadership on capital allocation and portfolio optimization.

Key Requirements

➜ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA/Master’s preferred
➜ Significant experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity
➜ Advanced financial modeling expertise including DCF, NPV, IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis
➜ Leadership experience managing investment analysis teams and presenting to executive committees
➜ CFA, CPA, CAIA, or FRM certification highly desirable
