Finance Manager

Finance Manager to build and own the finance function from scratch for a leading Saudi AI LegalTech startup. Responsibilities include full-cycle accounting, ZATCA/GOSI compliance, financial modeling, and eventually leading an accounting team. This is a hands-on hybrid role with clear path to Head of Finance.
Key Requirements
5-8 years combined accounting and finance experience
Deep knowledge of Saudi regulations (ZATCA, GOSI, labor law payroll)
Proven experience as first finance hire or building finance function in startup
Strong accounting/ERP systems knowledge (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, NetSuite) and Excel
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with SOCPA membership, fluent in Arabic and English
